- - Final Design including design drawings, bill of quantities, etc…
- - Preparation of Tender Documents for Construction Works
- - Assistance to the Client during tendering stage and selection of suitable contractor
4 - Supervision Services during Construction until maintenance/defects liability period
The Preliminary Design and the Detailed Design have been approved by the Client
