The objectives of the investment measures in the wastewater sector are:
- - To decrease the direct discharge of untreated wastewater to surface water by construction of WWTP
- - To optimize the work of WWTP’s by reduction of leakages in the sewer networks and other improvements
- - To increase the population served by sewer networks;
- - To increase the proportion of the population whose wastewater discharge receives full treatment
